  • Initial consult with fitness assessment
  • 1 one-hour 1:1 in-gym session introducing you to the cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, cable machines, and classroom equipment
    • Time will be customized to your interests
    • One general workout plan based on your goals
       *Sign up for any 4 week program within 30 days of FitStart Consult, and you will receive a $25 credit toward the new plan
      *Sign up for any 12 week program within 30 days of FitStart Consult, and you will receive a $50 credit toward the new plan
